SP Training sessions can be 30, 45, or 60min. Session prices are based on the number of people participating. A semi-private is a great way to incorporate a friend or partner into your workouts!
Looking for one on one training?! You are in the right place. 30 or 45min sessions available directly with Jalyn to transform physically & mentally.
LIVE on Zoom OR class recordings are available if you are not able to join live. This program is highly focused on strength training & improving mind muscle connection. We dedicate certain days to specific muscle groups & incorporate strength focuses to progress each month. These sessions require limited equipment & can be done from home or at the gym!
