LIVE on Zoom OR class recordings are available if you are not able to join live. This program is highly focused on strength training & improving mind muscle connection. We dedicate certain days to specific muscle groups & incorporate strength focuses to progress each month. These sessions require limited equipment & can be done from home or at the gym!
