Meet Pamela- a certified exercise coach with a passion for transforming lives through exercise. Her journey began years ago when she sought me time through running while raising three active boys. As her love for fitness grew, she transitioned from half-marathon training to strength training and even embraced the challenge of the occasional CrossFit competition.
Pamela’s mission is to inspire and educate others on the benefits of strength training, both physically and mentally. With a focus on sustainable training plans, she empowers clients to achieve successful aging while prioritizing their well-being. Nothing brings her more joy than motivating and positively impacting others through fitness.
Today, Pamela’s three energetic boys have grown into teenagers, providing her with a different kind of workout through the joys of motherhood.
